STUDENT APPLICATION

Thank you for showing interest in SWFL Preparatory and Technology Institute. All students applying must complete the application in full, attach a copy of their current/previous high school transcripts and pay a $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Students will be contacted with in 48 business hours of applying.
